Delivery Timelines

For Junk Removal & Recycling Dumpsters

Same Day or Next Day Service Usually Available. For efficient and potentially cost-effective junk removal, book your service as soon as you know you need it especially during peak seasons, to secure your preferred time slot and avoid last-minute rush fees. 

For Firewood By The Cord, Stove Wood,

To ensure you have well-seasoned, dry firewood for the upcoming winter, ideally order it in the spring or early summer. By waiting too long to order can delay delivery, as our crews become overwhelmed with demand as temperatures drop. Often we find that individuals who wait too long to order face the risk of receiving insufficiently seasoned wood, which can burn poorly and produces less heat, or worse, finding themselves without any firewood at all during the coldest months. Don’t be caught in the cold; prioritize your firewood order now.

Delivery Fees

Free delivery is typically offered. However, delivery fees may apply based on order quantity and distance. For instance, a small order like 1 cord of firewood delivered over a long distance (e.g., 100 miles) may incur a delivery fee to cover fuel costs. Larger orders, such as 10 cords, often qualify for free delivery within a reasonable radius. Consider coordinating with neighbors for a bulk order to maximize savings and potentially secure free delivery.

Delivery Requirements

You don’t need to be present for delivery. Simply indicate your desired stacking or drop-off location beforehand, perhaps with a flag, ribbon, or other marker. We offer flexible payment options: cash, check, credit card, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Payment can be made in advance or, in some cases, after delivery. Contact us with any questions.”

Failed Deliveries

If our delivery team is unable to complete the delivery due to the following reasons, additional fees may apply for re-delivery:

• Incorrect or incomplete address provided.
• Recipient not available at the time of delivery.
• Restricted access to the delivery location.

Please ensure your contact information is accurate and that someone is available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery window.

Changes or Cancellations

• To make changes to your delivery address or schedule, contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• Orders can be canceled within 72 hours of placement without penalty. After 72 hours, cancellations may incur a fee or may not be possible if the order has already been processed and/or scheduled for delivery.
