Flathead Father N’ Son is owned and operated by Ryan(Dad) and Blake(Son). With years of working in corporate America, it was time for a change. I wanted to be around my son more to teach him the value of hard work and help the community together. This is our story, the story of a small family business committed to making our neighbors’ lives better. I have and will continue to teach my son “Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.” (Pele)

With this drive to teach my son right, we decided to start a business together. Something that would take us outdoors and enjoy God’s beautiful creation while using our hands to create a product that could be used by our neighbors.
OUR STORY
Getting frustrated with finding quality firewood for our home, we decided enough is enough. We learned the hard way that firewood available at the local convenience store was green and wet. When put in a wood stove or fireplace, this wood just smokes and fails to provide any real heat. Businesses and individuals selling wood fuel in the area weren’t much better. While claiming the next day delivery, they kept forgetting to answered their phone after that. When we did eventually receive our wood, it was a far cry from ‘seasoned’. That’s how we got an idea to start our own business – Premium Firewood Delivery Service.
